Overview  

All products sold on our site are digital downloads (e.g., files, software, templates, or other downloadable content) provided as a one-time purchase. Once delivered, these are non-tangible goods that cannot be returned. Downloads are available immediately upon purchase.  

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds except in limited circumstances outlined below. All sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Eligibility for Refunds 

Refunds are not provided simply because you changed your mind, the product did not meet expectations after download, or for any other reason related to personal preference.  

We may consider a refund only in these specific cases:  

The digital file was not delivered or the download link failed to work despite multiple attempts (technical delivery issue on our end).

The product is materially defective or does not match the description provided on the site (e.g., corrupt file preventing normal use).  

To request consideration, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We may require proof (e.g., screenshots or error messages). Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are explicitly non-refundable:  

All digital downloads once accessed or downloaded.

Any product where the customer has confirmed receipt and successful download.

Purchases made more than 14 days prior (except in cases of proven non-delivery or defect).  

Refunds Process

If we approve a refund after review:  

We will notify you by email.  

The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times vary by your bank or card issuer).  

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:  

1. Check your bank/credit card statement again.  

2. Contact your credit card company (refunds can take several days to post).  

3. Contact your bank if needed.  

4. If still unresolved, email us at RegWorksonline@gmail.com.  

Sale Items

Sale or discounted digital products follow the same no-refund policy as regular-priced items.  

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital products. If a file is defective, we will provide a replacement download link where possible instead of a refund.  

Gifts

If purchased as a gift, no refunds or exchanges apply once delivered. Gift recipients cannot request refunds.  

Technical Support & Access

Your download link is valid for 365 days from purchase. After expiration, re-access may require repurchasing or contacting us (at our discretion). We provide support for access issues during the 365-day window—email RegWorksonline@gmail.com with your order details.
